Market oN the Green

Market on the Green is Woodstock’s most popular and lively market, taking place each Wednesday on the Village Green. You can expect live music, local foods and produce, and beautiful handmade artisan goods.

Mt. Tom Farmers Market

The Mt. Tom Farmers Market is a great way to start your Saturday morning. The perfect place to stock up on baked goods, fresh produce, handmade artisan crafts, artwork, and local goodies. The Mt. Tom Farmers Market is every Saturday morning, mid-May to mid-October from 10am-1pm at the Saskadena Six parking lot.

On the Edge Farmstand

This small, family owned roadside farmstand is a must visit when you’re in Woodstock. It’s a great place to stop on your way to Barnard or Silver Lake. A fantastic selection of local goods including pies, jams, meat, eggs, artwork, and more. There’s also seasonal flowers and plants available.

Woodstock Farmers Market

The Woodstock Farmers Market is Woodstock’s year-round market open 6 days a week with both indoor and outdoor goodies. You can count on fresh local produce, beautiful plants and handmade artisan goods that make excellent gifts. It is also a great spot to pick up prepared foods and meals to go.

Taste of Woodstock annual festival in August.

Taste of Woodstock

Every August, Woodstock closes off Elm Street in downtown for the Taste of Woodstock. With over 50 vendors, this event is lively, fun and a celebration of the local community and beyond.  So many incredible Vermont provisions including local wine, beer, spirits, and food. There’s live music, entertainment, arts, crafts, and a children’s activity tent.

Woodstock Art Festival

The Woodstock Art Festival is a weekend-long event of fine art, music, spirits and food! Over 30 New England artists offer landscapes, portraits, photography and more! Always held on the weekend following Labor Day, Woodstock becomes an art-lovers mecca.

Woodstock Apples & Crafts Fair

Each fall, the Woodstock Recreation Center puts on the Apples & Crafts Fair with over 100 vendors and purveyors of Vermont crafts and food. Enjoy the best of Vermont fall at the Apples & Crafts Fair.

Norwich Farmers Market 

Norwich Farmers Market is a large market with over 50 vendors, located about 30 minutes outside of Woodstock. Norwich Farmers market features a wide variety of fresh meats, local dairy, fruits and vegetables. There’s also lots of unique crafts made by local weavers, potters, carvers, jewelers and printmakers.

Hartland Farmers Market

The Hartland Farmers Market (about 20 minutes from Woodstock) is a fun spot for music, pizza, produce and artisan goods. Head there every Friday from 4-6pm for an excellent way to start your weekend.

Lebanon Farmers Market

All your favorite local farmers, producers, crafters and artisans are at the Lebanon Farmers Market. You can enjoy this market during the summer season on Thursdays in Colburn Park (a 30 minute drive from Woodstock).
