Linda and award-winning Chef Ted will greet you with a warm welcome and introduction to the overall theme of the course. Chef Ted will then lead you through a hands-on pasta-making class.
Using mostly organic and regional ingredients from nearby farms, you’ll learn to make from scratch ravioli with a fresh tomato sauce, plus fashion tortellinis, and make a perfect fettuccine Alfredo
