Events Yoga with a Ranger (FREE!)

Join Ranger Jen Jackson this Saturday for yoga practice overlooking the formal gardens of the historic Billings Estate.
You'll link breath with movement in this fun, flowing, asana practice. The class is for students of all ages and levels of experience. Jen will cue multiple options for alignment and difficulty in many of the selected poses. The 1-hour class will also offer opportunities for thoughtful reflection and mindfulness meditation to take you from summer into fall . Consider this is your chance to connect with nature at your National Park and get moving mind, body and spirit.
Students should bring their own yoga mat or a towel and water. Students with their own yoga blocks and cushions are encouraged to bring them as well.
Class will begin promptly at 10:00am. Please arrive early enough to get settled in.
