Join us for Strong & Slow Yoga on Saturdays, 10:00am at Wise Pines - 184 Hartland Hill Road, Woodstock, VT 05091.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to accommodate all levels. Come and enjoy a rejuvenating session of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive community setting.

Instructor Chelsey Seering will guide you through various yoga poses and sequences, focusing on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice, improve your alignment, and connect with your breath.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the class. Mats, straps, and blocks are provided.
