Yoga  in the Park

Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park 

Join Ranger (and yoga teacher) Jen Jackson every Wednesday at 4:00pm and Sunday at 9:00am, June-September for yoga practice at the edge of the historic Mt. Tom Forest. 

You'll link breath with movement in these fun, flowing, asana practice. The 1-hour classes are for students of all levels of experience with options to make each pose your own. In addition to getting your body moving, the classes will also offer opportunities for thoughtful reflection and mindfulness meditation focusing on connecting with nature at your National Park.

Students should bring a towel and water.

A small number of yoga mats and props will be available for students to borrow.  Those with their own mat, blocks and cushions are encouraged to bring them. 

Class will begin promptly at on the hour at the Forest Center. Please arrive early enough to get settled in.
