This is often scheduled every Tuesday, either for a lunch lesson or dinner lesson. Two-person minimum is preferred. Contact us for your preferred date and time.

With this event, you will learn hands-on how to prepare beautiful vegetable dishes.

This is a perfect class for vegetarians or vegans who want to learn how to make extra-special vegetable dishes. It's also for carnivores who are looking for special vegetable accompaniments. 

We’ll use mostly organic and regional ingredients that come mainly from nearby Vermont farms. 

Tailored to your level of expertise this is an opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education--so roll up your sleeves and come sizzle with us on this Vermont food odyssey.
