Oh Say Can You Seed? by Dr. Seuss is the final story in our Pre-K Story Time series for May. Get ready to bloom and learn all about flowers and plants with the Cat in the Hat–a perfect read for aspiring gardeners.  With the assistance of Thing 1 and Thing 2 – the Cat in the Hat explores the world of plants and teaches us about the various parts of plants, seeds, and flowers; basic photosynthesis and pollination; and seed dispersal. The story will be followed by a visit to Billings Farmstead Gardens, a garden-themed craft, and a snack.  This is sure to be a fun adventure as is always the case with Thing 1 and Thing 2!

This program is designed for preschool aged children (3-5) and an adult companion. One adult is admitted free with your paid child(children). Adult attendance is required. There is a limit of one adult per child. Your registration fee does not cover admission to Billings Farm & Museum, but you are more than welcome to purchase admission if you would like to visit the site after the program.
