Pumpkin carving outside at the Grange Theatre

Bring the family and your own pumpkins to an afternoon of creative pumpkin carving. Halloween costumes are encouraged!  Artist Adrian Tans will demonstrate a variety of carving techniques outside in front of ArtisTree’s Grange Theatre. Learn tricks for etching small details and adding personality to your jack-o’-lanterns using various tools.  Warm cider, doughnuts and halloween candies will be available. Bring your own pumpkin or purchase one at nearby Teago General Store.

Families staying for the 4pm movie Hocus Pocus (rated PG) are invited to display their finished pumpkins as a group outside the theatre. We’ll illuminate our creations before entering the theatre for the show. After the film we’ll enjoy seeing them transformed by the evening dusk into a glowing, magical array of spooky, silly, clever, and beautiful lanterns. Don’t forget to take home your masterpieces and display them on Halloween!
