The Woodstock Inn & Resort Athletic Club

The Woodstock Athletic Club at the Woodstock Inn & Resort is the area's premier facility for health and recreation. Dubbed New England's best racquet and fitness facility in 2013 by the United States Professional Tennis Association, the Athletic Club is pleased to offer all the amenities one needs to stay fit and active. The club offers lessons from indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball, croquet, and bocce court rentals, cardio and strength-training equipment, a movement studio, outdoor hiking and mountain biking trails, fitness and yoga classes, fly-fishing instruction, a whirlpool, a steam room, a sauna, and a salt water indoor pool 一 all under the roof of its 42,000-square-foot facility. Additionally, the Club offers Kids Camps during the Summer and vacation weeks and other fitness based programming such as Intro Strength Training, Ski & Ride Prep Training, and Spartan SGX.
