The Cobble House

Set on a hillside above the White River surrounded by the foothills of the Green Mountains, The Cobble House is newly restored country retreat – a 19thr Century mansion updated for maximum comfort with European inspired style.

A two-story home, on the main floor are a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Dining, Living, Reading & Media, and Club Rooms – plenty of space to gather or be solo. Upstairs, the house sleeps 10 in five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Outdoors, enjoy the open-air Bluestone Terrace or the covered Veranda with overstuffed furniture, a dining table and grill. Toast marshmallows at our fire  pit. Walk our private trails, lounge on the viewing platform by the river, or continue down to 300 feet of private riverfront for a dip or great fly fishing.

The Cobble House is also an ideal event venue. With flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, it is perfect for hosting an exceptional, bespoke wedding or other celebration for up to 60 guests. Venue rental includes access to our function space as well as the house and amenities.

We are within 20 minutes of multiple ski resorts including Saskedena Siz and Killington, recreational areas, and nearby charming towns like Woodstock.
