Art on the Barns is a large-scale outdoor abstract exhibition that explores the connection between art, place, and history, inviting visitors to experience contemporary works displayed across this working dairy farm. Featuring Vermont artists Elise Whittemore and Will Gebhard in collaboration with Soapbox Arts, the exhibition creates a striking dialogue between tradition and modern creativity.  Thoughtfully crafted and installed on the farm’s historic buildings, including the silos, cow barn, and icehouse, each piece interacts with its surroundings, evolving with the seasons.  From budding trees in spring to the quiet stillness of winter, visitors will be drawn into the vibrant interplay of color, form, and texture. With each visit, the changing landscape offers a fresh perspective, inspiring new ways of seeing both the art and the farmstead.
