Pentangle Arts is pleased to present our annual Music by the River series of outdoor concerts in July and August. This popular concert series features renowned regional artists whose talents will be showcased in the newly renovated East End Park. Free and open to all. Donations welcome.

About the band:

Founded in 1996 by Fred Haas and Sabrina Brown, Interplay Jazz has been inspiring musicians of all ages from around the world. Their experienced music faculty focuses on key aspects of the improvisational art of jazz and other creative art forms, integrated with daily yoga and meditation. The program will consist of tunes from various albums of mine (CDs) that feature original Fred Haas compositions and arrangements as, well as several newly composed tunes. A broad range of styles including Swing, Blues, Bossa Nova, Samba and Ballads will be represented and performed by a host of gifted regional musicians. Each song will be played by a different configuration of the musicians ending the concert with a big Blues Jam.
